Our staff has small children, elderly parents and deal with immune deficiency.

So, we ask that you:

Wear a mask covering nose and mouth while shopping in the store.
If you don’t want too, we respect that, we will happily assist you with online and @ the door service.
After entering please use complementary hand sanitizer on the front counter.
Please, Limit your visit to 15 minutes.
Children appearing under 10 must be accompanied by a guardian.
If you have a list of single cards you need for a deck. Please Message us it and we can work on it and message you back when its ready.
(we are not pulling lists while you wait)

Store Changes:

The front half of the store will be available for shopping so you can get supplies, cards, video games and popular board games easily!
The back half will remain closed at this time. We can assist you with items from the back.
Currently kiosk computers, browse boxes & binders are unavailable.
No public restroom!

Buying/Appraisal Policy Update:

You Must Fill out an Appraisal sheet COMPLETLY, and present a valid ID.
You must have a Dizzydugout.com Account.
Any collection of more than 5 items Or items that require inspection such as Memoribillia, Comics, Video Games & Systems that require testing
must be dropped off.

COVID RESTRICTIONS
In a study by the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), researchers found that the virus that causes COVID-19 can live up to 24 hours on cardboard, and up to three days on stainless steel and plastic surfaces. With this fact in mind:

SINGLE ITEMS: If you have a couple of ITEMS you are looking to sell, we can view them. We will look at up to 10 ITEMS, we are viewing NM cards, like new items, and Factory Sealed items valued over $10.

COLLECTIONS & ITEMS REQUIRING INSPECTION: Video Games, Board Games and Collections must be dropped off!! These items will be held for 72hrs before one of our specialists evaluates the item for an offer.

BULK COLLECTIONS: Bulk Collections that do not require inspection can be dropped off and an offer usually be made before 72hrs if it is easily viewable, clean and organized.
